Pitch Bend Clip Automation Issues

So I'm working on a track right now and I was automating the pitch bend on the clip of a vocal and I'm having some wierd problems. Seems that in the arrangement after playing through the automated pitch bended clips it seems to keep that automation when returning to regular unautomated clips. In my arrangment I'm lowering the pitch on later vocal clips and then returning to the original vocal clips expecting that there will be no automation and the vocal will sound normal but it doesn't. I know for a fact that the other clips are unautomated since when I start the project these clips sound normal and not automated. After playing through the arrangement I have this issue. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem????
