Need to Unlock Live in an Emergency

I had to restore my computer recently due to a virus, and upon trying to reinstall Live, was informed that I had reached the maximum number of unlocks. I would like to unlock Live as soon as possible. I had already sent an email to Customer Care on Thursday 12/27, but just found out Ableton won't be 'open' untill Jan 2. I badly need to unlock Live by tomorrow, so am posting this here just in case a hard working Ableton employee stumbles across this message and helps out a friend in need! Merry Christmas!
