7 to suite upgrade? still no f*ing response?

this is rediculous. how long does it take to get back to someone who wants to know if there is a live 7 to live 7 suite upgrade?

i looked at my student discount form and they do it with that so i am sure they will do it with the regular custoers too. understand they are in germany and there is always that 9 hour gap between us.

Call them. Both times I've called (around 10am ET) they've answered after only a couple of rings and I've gotten my answers immediately.

I called them using Skype for about 10 cents and the quality was really good - I was impressed myself!

9 hours? it's been almost a month since I emailed them.

i had an email about this and was told that it was going to be a couple of days, before they annouced it.....but that was about a three weeks ago....it will happen

i have been having the same problem

there is a thread somewhere where they say there's a bug in the shop that they're trying to fix, but that was a couple of weeks ago...

they'd better sort it out before the special deals run out on the 15th

On a happy note...my suite box shipped yesterday - just got the email notification. yea! I ordered it on 12/11 and it shipped 12/31 to give folks an idea of timing.

not really too sure,
but i did ask for the price of 7 to suite and thats what they sent me!

but i suppose it will change again when officially released.

dont know whether i am gonna bother now anyway,
i seem to manage without.
