Export audio/video sync problem (all tracks)

Ok, this is the weirdest problem I ever faced....

So I spent HOURS on this song that is in need of export into a Protools HD setup.
So I go to export my audio into individual tracks.

when i export it, it doesn’t sync back up in Abelton or any other program.
i un-warped everything so it basses itself on its own time line or grid.
and the parts come in at the wrong time. 90% of them are either too early or too late.....

I never had this problem in 6.07, but when I switched to live 7.01 this became a real bad issue....... what do I do????????

This song is important to export, I searched and couldn’t find anything on it........
Any help would be highly appreciated.

somebody, in 7 try to export all tracks!!!!!

then try to put them back into live and see what happens!!!!!!!!!
