upgrade live 7 to ableton suite

is it possible? I've sent 3 emails asking how to upgrade to live 7 boxed suite and received 1 reply. it doesn't come up as an option in my shopping cart. says i'm fully upgraded which isn't true. the reply id di receive said try your cart in a few days. that was a month ago. do these guys even care?
