M audio sucks.

I just purchased a targus self powered usb hub. I re installed the m audio 32 bit drivers for the m audio trigger finger and nothing. I have wasted much time and effort trying to get this piece of shit to work but its been completely fruitless. I'll try calling m audio tomorow but chances are nothing they say will work. This reall sucks ill keep trying though as i have no other choice.

Well, I have an M-Audio midi keyboard and I use it all the time, never had any problems with it. Are you sure it isn't something in Ableton, not the keyboard? Like Ableton isn't recognizing it or you don't have the record button on in a track? Maybe you could try it with Garage Band or some other program.

Are you running the trigger finger through the hub?

Nevermind, just saw your other post....That's weird that it's not working after all that.

Did you try a factory reset of the TF? How about the preset defaults in Enigma?

Finally after downloading windows vista service pack 1 and using the targus self powered usb hub it now works. It still isnt recognized when connected directly to the laptop! , I wonder why? Anyway it works now having fun sequencing again!
