More 7 in GLITCH heaven (or hell!)

Live's running normally with nothing too demanding then all of a sudden it coughs, splutters, the sound cuts out and then the CPU meter jumps up to 400%. I have to restart Live to rid the problem. Never had this with 6.

Ideas?
