This was a SUPERB feature of Vision that was always missing from Cubase and never seemed to get fixed in Logic. Please Abletons, now you're giving us midi, give us 'wait for note' record mode too, not only overdub, if anyone can do it you guys can!

Very good idea. This or at least a metronome count in would do it, but your idea is even more advanced and should be adopted by ableton

agreed... i'm a pretty sloppy keyboard player, but i'd do a lot better if the first note i hit on the keyboard also started my backing beat or metronome going too.
