Live 7.O.1 Midi bug and drop outs

Writing again about this unfixed bug :
when you drop in a midi clip in overdub mode, the previously recorded notes are deleted or shortened.

I suffer from lots of drop outs of audio with just 14 tracks on an empty and defragmented HD, no effects just audio, I could run 20 more without problem on Live 6,

when an update ?
