Can Logic 8 match track bpms like ableton?

I'm playing with logic, been working through some tutorials and decided I'd like to try and make a mix CD combining my stuff with external tracks.

You can timestretch stuff by dragging but it's not exact.

Is there a way like in ableton for you to say make this track 120bpm?

Why not bounce them at the bpm you want in live and import them into logic as audio tracks?

Also found a way - in logic - sampler editor -> factory -> pitch and time machine.. destructively
