Keyboards with Note off Velocity not working right

I have an old Roland Juno 2 and the keyboard send Note On Velocity and Note Off Velocity. Because the send of Note Off Velocity the envelope release function in every live software instrument doesn`t work.
I suppose, that nobody use and need this function on synths and specialy with ableton live.

Can you switch off this response for Note off velocity?
