View DB Level in Digits - Convert to mp3 - Editing screen

DB Levels
Would be nice if one could monitor the DB levels of a clip in digits as well as the current configuration. I know one can do this by inserting a compresser on the track one is recording on, but it would be nicer and more convinient to always have this feature built in the software. This is so one does not have to guess exactly whhere the levels he is recordign are at.

Mp3
With the digital age growing another thing that would be nice to also have the ability of converting the finished project to mp3 directly from Ableton. Usually when people do tracks nowadays they either send them to colleaguess, myspace or their managers or clients as mp3 files since they are smaller and esier to tranfer.

Editing screen
What about the ability to make the clip editing screen bigger, i mean at the moment it's all great and all, but not being able to maximize the screen makes using the programme a lil' more stiff. Would be nice if one could make it larger at will hence making it a whole lot more flexible.
Do i need the world's very best equipment to make the world's best music? No!!

A lot of people has requested this but other users will probably tell you to "Use an external software to encode to MP3, use LAME, etc.". I've seen MP3 export in every other DAW but I won't say anything here.

Spend a little time hovering the mouse around the screen

You will find that you can resize the editor upwards to fill most of the screen

also you will find that you can drag the mixer section upwards (live 6/7) to reveal readouts of dB and peak dB...

Huh nice i thought one couldn't do this. I'll keep on playing with it.
