Hmmme, I'm prolly doing something really daft, but I have hooked up my trigger finger exactly like in the manual, but when I hit any pads I don't get a sound. Midi is working; P1 produces a C (midi-ox) and I see the lights flash up the side of the channel I have activated with Impulse. Funny thing is if I press a key on my computer keyboard I get the same lights AND a sound to go with it. I have done a factory reset on the TF. Weirdly some other bits work, like using the F1 slider changes the master volume.

Any tips would be brill.

1st; is the track armed or set to Monitor 'In'?

2nd; the Impulse slots start at C3 upwards..
from memory; I think TF Program 10 starts with C3..

Correct, for Impulse TF must be set to P10

In the track's "Midi From" droplist, select the TF

guys, sorry for hte late reply - i was away. anyhow - i have set the setting to TF for midi in and out
