launch and stop quantize bug ?

Maybe this is the normal behaviour but I must confess I had never noticed this behaviour, or it never disturbed me before :
If I set all my audio files quantize launch setting to 'none' and leave the global quantize to '1 bar' for example, I can launch the clips freely but they will stop according to the global setting when you click on any empty slot button on the track. I have to set up the global setting to none to get them to stop playing whenever I want.
