Exporting Logic 7 songs into Live 7

Does anyone know how to load up songs created in Logic Pro into Live 7?

It depends on what you are trying to achieve?

Do you want 1 song as a clip. Then bounce as aiff or wav.

Personally I bounce out stems and trigger different sections and arrange on the fly.

I've just bought Live7. I've been using Logic Pro for my gigs but it crashed a couple of times.
I've created my songs in Logic and wanted to transfer them to Live7. Is it possible?
