BUG: grouping an instrument + an effects rack = quit

how to recreate:

- create a midi track and drop any instrument device onto it - operator, simpler, a vsti
- add an audio effects rack after the instrument - not an empty one; use a rack preset
- select the instrument and the rack, and right-click > group

i get an insta-quit here every time, no matter what instrument.
