audio buffer problem

hi , i'm running ableton on a mac osx tiger 2ghz intel core 2 duo

For some reason suddenly today i have been receive glitch and clicks and for some reason my cpu seems to be hi for what i'm doing.

Last night i updated my firewire system, but i wouldn't think that would affect it.

please help

Hi Michael,

does switching off Airport help?
