snap to grid with clip envelopes?

Hello. I am on version 6. I have used Live since version 3. In previous versions, I thought it was possible to snap breakpoints to the grid. For instance, when i try to make break points for the pan envelope on a clip, it doesn't snap to the nearest grid. It's moves like the grid is turned off.

I am not in draw mode, by the way. I am double clicking on the envolope and trying to make hard pans at every bar but I want it to snap to the grid.

But the grid is definitely on. Is there something I am missing or has it always been this way?

Hi, I think you should use 'draw mode' for this.

if you press control it will be constrained to vertical only movement

Cool Thanks. I was hoping it would snap to the grid but if this is how it is, I'll just get used to it.
