what effect is the dj using in theese vids....morgan page in the top left of the xone the beats are bouncing together and he turns the knob???what is it in the deadmau5 one on the lil buttons on the left is makin the song repeat at different bars!!anyone

First one is just Ableton's Beat Repeat...that knob probably controls the "Chance" parameters and he ups it to 100, so that there is 100% chance the beat will repeat/glitch...I don't hear anything special in the 2nd video.

i think deadmau5's using lucifer there.it's a vst one of his friends wroteand unfortunately isn't available any more. it's similar to beat repeat though so no reason you can't use that, or glitch or any of the other stuttery fx.
deadmau is a member on these forums so maybe he'll let you know for sure anyway...
