Easy Question...routing audio to external gear

I just recently purchased some analog gear (eq,compressor/limiter) and I want to send my audio from my master to the external gear then back into Live for recording. I have yet to this in Live. What is the best way to to this? Thanks

Use an External Audio Effect, which you will find described in section 20.10 of the Live manual.
The difference between theory and practice is that in theory, there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice, there is.
