Scale in clip envelope

Post by bleepsnbreaks » Wed Jun 04, 2008 3:45 am

Hi yall,

This is annoying the sh1t outta me, I know I have done this before but I cant remember how the hell you do it and I cant seem to find a reference to it anywhere in the manual and have done a search on here but the terms Im using is just returning too many results.

In the envelope of a clip, how do you change the scale? What I mean is:

I am automating the "stretch" parameter impulse in a clip but the top of the screen is only "%50" and I need to stretch to 100%, to get that crazy a$$ glitchy roboty sound.

Can anyone help me here? Do you know what I mean? Not sure if I have gotten accross very clearly what I need to do....

some envelopes go 0...100

some envelopes go -50...+50

some have levels/increments specific to the device parameter

you need to set Impulse's 'Stretch' dial to 50%
so now when you draw in envelopes, -50% has no effect, +50% is fully stretched.
