HELP! I have a gig on Saturday night! AXIOM 25Latency!ARGH!

Hi! Sorry about the alarmist topic heading, but it is pretty urgent...
So I have Ableton 7 running on a PC laptop with an M-Audio Black Box

I play using live to play arrangements, which I tweak and trigger bits using an M-audio Axiom 25 and an Evolution... It has been going all good, but over the last few days suddenly I'm getting all this CRAPPY LATENCY!!!
And that, as I'm sure you realise, really sucks in a live situation.

And it's slightly unusual in that when I first open up the file it runs pretty much sweet, maybe a 1/15 seconds latency... but as the set progresses it builds up to a second or more (stink buzz).

And it's not just if the file is playing. If I was just to open the file and not even press play, just leave it sitting there, it would happen just the same.

AND EVEN MORE CURIOUS

The trigger pads up the top run with no latency whatsoever...

Anyone have any ideas for a quick fix? I probably need to format, but for the short term (I'm also about to finish my album and would really prefer not to format right now)
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I really don't want to look like I play music a second slow on saturday night.

and we´ll check your Log.txt then.
Do you have this problem with all/different Live sets?
