Midi Velocity

When i change tthe velocity on my drums that i've put in via drum racks. The actual volume output doesn't change. Kinda frustrating any ideas?

you must find the parameter on the playback device, where you set it's sensitivity to velocity, and turn that up...

so i've changed the velocities in the bottom window. But i still need toggle something to make drum racks recognize the velocity changes and connect it to the volume?
