When can we expect Live 8?
Well lets throw in some guesses. The winner gets the respect of all his/her forum mates.
Given that the next one will probably have some Cycling 74 collab, and they just finsihed Max/msp 5 (or still finishing), I'd say this one will be a bit longer than the usual yearly upgrade. The last one was a bit longer than that too. So maybe this one will be more like a year and half. So V7 was released when, October? I'd guess maybe February we'll hear an announcement.
You know what would be really cool though? Live 7.5, where they break down and add all the big user requests that everybody has been wanting forever that they missed in V7.0. That would be a good chance to add stuff without having to wait for cycling74 stuff to be finished. A .5 probably won't happen, but I like to dream.
