What's up with reFX, no support?

I've been trying to get some support for Vanguard, which I bought a year ago on the reFX web site, with no luck at all. Left many messages, still no replies, they have a ticket system for support that obviously doesn't work. Anyone else having problems login onto their site?

You're obviously not able to use the ticket system.

ME AND MICHAEL HARTMANN ( REFX OWNER ) DJ'ED A WEDDING LAST NIGHT, HE WAS THE "BEST DJ" ( HE BROUGHT THE RING UP TO THE ALTER ON A TURNTABLE ). THATS PROLLY WHY HE IS SLOW ON THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT, USUALLY IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS HE WILL ACTUALLY RESPOND WITH A "GO FORK YOURSELF" GIF IMAGE. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GIF YET, THEN KEEP EMAILING HIM, I GUARANTEE HE WILL SEND YOU SOME KIND OF OBNOXIOUS IMAGE...

B0UNCE IS A COMPLETE MORON, BUT IN THIS CASE HE IS ACTUALLY RIGHT. I THINK THIS IS THE FIRST THREAD WHERE HE ACTUALLY MAKES SENSE --- REFX RULES!
