Video - Sampling Classical Musicians & Bass Guitar Live

Check out this piece of music where I sampled flutes, violin, sax, clarinet and my own bass guitar on the fly using Ableton Live. This enabled me to double the number of instruments and create a mini orchestra of sampled and performed instruments.

The Fifthy Loops by Apell performed at "Re-sound vs Clan Analogue - contemporary chamber music meets electronica" on 18 August 2006 at Gertrude's Brown Couch, Fitzroy, Melbourne, Australia.

Please note that the video may appear out of sync at times due to dropped frames when it was captured. However the music is from a Mini Disc recording of the night and is glitch free!

It seems really interesting. Unfortunately, we don't really see what you do, and the video quality is poor...
