MIDI functionality - Poly AT and MIDI CH out on ALL channels

I will use the Virus TI and Powercore plugins as an example of why this is needed, although I'm sure other plugins and even some MIDI controllers would support it as well.

The virus TI and Powercore plugins allow for four simultaneous/different patches to be loaded, each with their own MIDI channel and audio output. MIDI notes sent to CH1-4 of the plugin will be routed to each patch respectively, however the parameters of the four patches are divided among MIDI CC and PolyAT of channel ONE only.. PolyAT is treated almost as a second set of MIDI CC values, and each patch has about 50 parameters. So the parameters are divided like this:

CC 01-50 - Patch 1 parameters
CC 50-100 - Patch 2 parameters
CC 101-127 - Patch 3 parameters
PolyAT 00-33 - Patch 3 parameters
PolyAT 34-84 - Patch 4 parameters

Understandably it would be nice if Access would allow you to control the parameters with different midi channels, but they're not the only synth manufacturers who do this so they probably have their reasons.

Adding PolyAT should also be a no brainer since it's part of the official MIDI spec, but I digress.

---------------------------------------

Currently MIDI tracks don't let you choose a different CH output unless they're assigned to either a hardware output or a channel with a VST plugin that supports multiple CH inputs. This seems like an artificial limitation, and there have been many instances where I want to transform the CH of a clip and have been unable to do so. [/b]
