Assigning keys to a midi controller

Hi,

Is it possible to assign the direction keys of my mac to a midi controller. When im DJ'ing I use the arrow keys to navigate scenes, then copy the clip I want and paste it into the "deck" I want it in.

Soo can I do this with a midi controller or do I have to use the keyboard?

On a PC you'd useBomes MT.

On a Mac I think its ControlAid.
