Just got my Padkontrol... and I'm stuck.

Can anybody help me with assigning the knobs, x/y pad, and pads to the DAW functions in Live? They show that they are releasing midi cc, but every time I go to the midi map them, nothing happens. I've tried all the mappings in the midi tab, but nothing seems to work. If somebody could give me a quick run down, I'd appreciate it.

On a side note, could anyone explain what the possibilities of Native Mode are
and what is available on Vista to utilize it?

If you want instant use set it up as a control surface and use drum rack.

Also, you will need to activate 'Track' and 'Remote' on MIDI port A to map the X/Y pad.
