Problems with MIDI OUT with BCR2000 (CCs)

Hi there
I have a problem when sending out CC through midi (or usb or ethernet from a Macbook with Live 7) to another computer running Arkaos (PC).
When I send midi notes to the PC there is no problem, even no delay. Same thing when I send CC that are already automated in the clips.
BUT when I trigger buttons of the BCR that are mapped to a Live CC, the midi is not sent out to the PC until I've finished turning the buttons. The midi is only sent when I stop triggering. I'd like the PC to receive any of the change I'm making.

Basically, Live gets a perfect MIDI-IN from my BCR2000, but it doesn't send the whole signal to MIDI-OUT, but only when i stop moving the knobs for 1/2 second or something..

Any ideas about that ?
I don't know if the problem comes from the BCR of from Live. But I would say Live.

It looks strange...
Have you got midi coming into your bcr? Maybe you should try using the "out (through)" output, or if you are using usb, set your bcr to another config.
Just an idea.

No midi coming into the BCR. The BCR is just used to trigger Live remotely.
I've also tried the 4 USB modes of the BCR but no change :-/
And the midi data interval is set to the minimum on the BCR (2 ms)
Live just waits that I finish triggering my button to send the value
