Please!!!! Help me to control length of the loop with MPD 24

Is anyone here, who tried to control (i have Akai MPD24) length of the loop. Yes, those 3 little windows in Sample Display window. When i map this windows to one of my knob on MPD24 and when i turn the knob from min to max value i just get only three positions 0,0,1 / 1,0,0 / 2,0,0 (first bar, half of loop and whole clip). But i want to change loop length continuously from 0,0,1 to 0,0,2 than 0,0,3 than 0,1,0 than 0,1,1 .... to 2,0,0. Is there any way to do this with knob on any midi controler. I found out that i can control those parameters with a narrow keys on my PC KEYBOARD but its not so precisious as with a knob or slider.
