TC powercore - Access Virus petition

Post by Euklid.fox » Thu Sep 25, 2008 8:56 pm

Hi all,
we are a growing unhappy customers community of the virus powercore developped by TC electronic and access music. That's 5 years now issues still haven't been fixed,
so we started an online petition:

http://www.petitiononline.com/VIRUSTCP/petition.html

If you're a Virus powercore user please help us by signing and share the link on audio forums.

cheers

I am not signing this because I don't own both the Powercore nor Virus Powercore, but I really do hope you guys get the support you're asking for (or demanding...). In these days, I can't imagine paying for software that doesn't work and then not being able to receive help from the manufacturer. I have a TI Polar and it's been working great for the year and a half that I've had it. Online support has been very helpful and it's a real bummer to hear that you and those who've signed the petition have not received the same. Wish you the best. Good luck.

signed as well.

I havent used my poco since I upgraded to a Macbook but have just got a mac pro so was thinking abotu getting an external box to run it in.

I am pretty suprised they havent sorted that out. Basically I wouldn't buy any products from access and would look long and hard for TC alternatives after pending quite a buit of cash to run multiple instances of the Virus across a couple of cards.

Bunch of stinkers!
I slipped into a daze, whilst I was there I heard the most startling music, it was at once familiar and alien, reassuring and unsettling.

Signed. This was an extreemly expensive plug-in. Shame on them for not updating/fixing.

Ya I bought a powercore card and the Virus for it and it worked so badly that I sold them both. I lost a lot of cash on that lemon. Access lost me as a customer on that one.
