Uploaded the Arturia V Collection (mini moog, Arp 2600 Prophet V etc) software yesterday and plugged into Ableton 7
Although the soft synths sound great with only a few days tinkering I did get a few Ableton crashes which is slightly concerning. Generally they work OK but bear in mind that my OS system is XP and my PC desktop uses a Q6600 2.4ghz quad core with 3GB RAM and 7200RPM hard drive so do not believe it is a system limitation.
Have posted on the Arturia forum but though i would post here. I also have Korg legacy soft sythns and these work fine plugged into ableton.

had not activated the usb properly which may have caused an issue...had no probs since.
Syncrosoft a bit confusing though as the activation code is already in the usb as opposed to the korg legacy that needed to be downloaded for activation. guidance on this a bit lacking
Quite cpu thirsty on some settings 40% even with quad core
Other than that well worth it for the sound quality
