Which interface should I use? Mbox or my PCI soundcard?

I'm using Mbox with my ProTools 6.7 and run Live 7 on the same machine. Should I just use my Mbox as the soundcard interface or should I use my separate PCI card?

use whichever works better for you. do the cpu usage simulator in prefs to see if you get better performance from either one. there is a lesson explaining the process, the audio in/out lesson, p.6.

USB or PCI? Personally I would definitely use the PCI interface. Which PCI interface do you have?

It's a SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS. Not top of the line I know but it's got in's and out's to use at least.

seems the mbox might be a better choice if you need a mic pre, might have better ad/da conversion, as well, although that is subjective.
