I have posted this on the general forum but had no intrest so I thought I'd give it a go here....

I have done a live house mix and recorded it into Live 5.0.2.

The mix has successfully been captured on one of the Audio channels the problems start after this, when I have tried to Render To Disc ...

Yes you can get the value to 0 when Fixed(and Multipler is active)

You can't when not Fixed.

So why when I was going through the Operator tutorials that It was specifing that you set the Course to 0 without being in Fixed Multi mode?

Just accessed the Operator(great toy!)

Reallised that the course parameters on each of the oscillators only go to 0.5 and not to 0.
I appologise if this is well know is this a bug or can it be sorted btw I have tried to type in the value of 0 and still goes to 0.5

Hi just wondering what the best location to store Live Set Files on your system.

The reason I ask is that in Logic Pro 7(which I use as standalone and Rewired with Ableton 5) all my song files are within the Logic application so is it a good idea to set up a folder within Ableton for all Live Sets ...

Yes stay away from soundblasters that was the first soundcard I ever bought when getting into music and nothing but problems.

it all depends how much you can afford try and spend as much as you can its worth it in the long run!

When in Play Mode with the 49 and Live all the Encoders work as Pans and I can assign all the Sliders manually to the volume sliders in Live but when it comes to the keys on the 49 they are controlling the track/clip start I just want the keys to just be able to play eg the Operator.

I'm in Play Mode and have the word Live in the main display window on the 49 but I can't play anything with the keys and can't controi any Encoders or Sliders.

I loaded up the Live template into the 49 and nothings being trasmitted.

My system is just the 49 connected to my G5 with a USB could you ...
