How to string songs together
Probably a noob question here. I was just wondering if there was a way to link separate songs together in ableton. I'm recording an EP and want a couple of the songs to lead right into others. Is there a way to achieve this in ableton? Much thanks.

Totally works. Thanks man.UKRuss wrote:In Live's track, select 'external input' and then under that just channel '1' not '1/2'
In Live's prefs make sure channel 1 is selected for mono input.

No idea what I just did
So I changed my library location to incorporate some live packs that didn't install with ableton. I then repaired the library, and now everything sounds like static. How can I fix this or just go back to my default library?

Re: Dropouts using mbox 2 with ableton?
The drop outs should not be related Live.
Have you used this with Pro Tools yet?
I had the same experience with my MBox 2 and for now, have it tucked away in a closet until I upgrade my computer as the cause for the issue (for me) was hardware incompatibility. You see, my drop outs were ...

Like, I can get the test tone better and better, but I can never get it constant. I'll try upgrading to the 8.0.4 drivers earlier. If not, craigslist it is.
