I have now uninstalled all my VST's and Live does now start up. But before it does, am error message shows stating that another rewire application has been located and needs to be ended. Any help, i'm not running anything that should have/be rewire.

Whenever i go to start up Live i get this message "A serious program error has occured. You should save your work under a new name using the Save As command from the File menuand restart the application".

Hi all

I'm having trouble with my CPU (again).

I've notived though, for example, that if the CPU is showing as 80% at the top right hand side in Live 5 it is showing as 50 - 60% when i open task manager.

Is this normal?

If not, any suggestions.

BTW, I've done all the usual like defrag my drive ...

What was running at 70 - 80% CPU, is now running at around 40%.
Will definately get a decent soundcard soon, its next on the list.

I 'm defragmenting just now.
I,'ve still got about 100 GB left on my hard disk so that should not be a problem.
I'm struggling to fing where i can prioritize background services though, i'll keep trying.
