I was asking his assistant (because he does not know too much about computers, he did even know the Imic existed) some questions about software they use. His assistant was very friendly.
Then comes Mr BT and he tells us (consultant ...

Is it only one 28 mn set in Live or you pasted several pieces together?
What did you use (software, samples...) to build this set?
It's really good.
You should save your file as MP3 (32 bitrates).
You could reach more people.

I've been using Mac for 15 years. Been working on Windows more than 6. Worked on Windows NT4, workstation, 98, Me (what a joke), 2000 and now XP.
Windows has very fast CPU, that's true. But they are also very noisy and that can be a problem in a studio.

Live 2.0 (OS X 10.2.6) CPU maxing out
Hi,
I have a 400 Mghz G4 (that might be the reason) but I use 2 Live reverb effect , playing a total of 5 samples and the CPU gets into the 75s.
That's pretty scary. Or is Live Reverb plugin ressource intensive.
Will a TBook 800 Mghz solve the issue?
I read Live does not support AltiVec yet ...

I think it is an excellent idea.
Even if Live is easy to use, Tutorial always have some usefull tips and tricks.
I've been using Live for a while now (few hours here and there).
I'm still unconfortable with some stuff.
I'm not a prof musician. Just playing with it.
What are Sends for?
How to use them?...
