How tohave a gates sidechain be activated by a drumrack slot

i want a gate on one track, to be open and closed by an individual slot of a drum rack. as of now when i hit the sidchaine drop down menu for the gate all i see as an option is Drum rack not the individual slot im hoping for

wait maby im just drunk but i thought LEGATO mode was made for specifically this.... One key stroke starts clip. once you hit the key again it starts at the same spot stoped....

Reason and Live is a great combo, as long as you understand Rewire in and out. The routing possibilities with the two are great, think of it like analog, reason being your instruments and ableton being your mixer and recorder

make sure you have the same midi channel and CC# assinged to both your fader and your foot peddle it is as simple as that

Live 6... it was running great for like 3 months then i got that exact same message..at that point i was so engulfed in live that i bought it two days later. i was not upset at ableton by this i just knew it was time. I have never ...

by far my favorite thing about this controller is that it is also a two channel audio interface i have never seen another two octave midi controller with input and output the controller itself has been good to me I love it
