Amadeus II editor
Amadeus II from http://www.hairersoft.com/Amadeus.html
It's shareware, I bought it for $30 because I liked it better than Spark and BiasLE, Amadeus supports VST & AU plugs and is handy for format conversions:
Supports AIFF/AIFC/Wave/Mp3/Ogg Vorbis/QuickTime/AVI/SoundDesigner II/u-law/ AAC.

Which audio interface works well with Powerbook & Live 4?
I'm considering MOTU 896HD or RME Fireface or Cardbus. Who has had GOOD experiences with a multi-channel interface on a G4 Powerbook? I'd especially like to hear from anyone who has had the chance to compare 2 or more interfaces on the same Powerbook. How does MOTU stack up against M-Audio or RME ...

Global Automation Off/Over-ride button
When mixing a track in the studio, this is a necessity. Selectively over-riding per channel is for trims, but sometimes a whole song section needs to be re-done, and the existing automation just gets in the way. Several different work-arounds are possible I'm sure, but one button to globally over ...

How to globally turn off automation?
Ok guys, I know how to do it on an SSL console, but not in Live 4! I'd just like a global automation on/off switch for an arrangement that already has automation written. I realize automation can be selectively over-ridden on individual tracks, but is there a "global" method?

Rewire slave OSX
With questions like that, I suppose "A" is the best answer OSX customers could hope for.
My own hope would be that the next release version will be a consolidation, making Live work faster and interface better with other pro applications.

Logic and Live working in sync on OSX
FYI ... If any of the 400 people who looked at this thread are truly desperate, JamieH and myself have both managed to lock the programs together successfully. No input to Logic via Rewire, just running in Sync using midi clock. The steadiest solutions involve hardware :? Check the Tips and Tricks ...

Logic, os x, fx au convert, spectrasonics
Sorry about the duplicate post, I pasted in from a text editor and went all fingers and fumbs. Thanks for the tip about the FX adaptor ... I have had my eye on the Spectrasonics ROMplers ... but I didn't want to splash out until I got confirmation I could use them with os x.

Logic 6 sync to Live 2.03 on OS X
Having thought about Jamie in Portland with Logic and Live working together, I made some extra time and now have had success with a hardware solution.
