Workaround goes like this. Sonar takes my ASIO driver, Live takes Reaper's ReRoute driver. Sonar is openned. Reaper is ReWire slaved to Sonar. Live is openned and MIDI synched to Sonar. Any of Live's MIDI that I want to get to Sonar is sent by Loopbe MIDI cables, any of Live's audio I want to get to ...

Be able to use my Live specific controllers with Live slaved to an other host.

if i understand your intention correctly, you can frame your clips with "orig.bpm" in the clip view to get the effect you want.
