I can sync 1 midi port to Live, but can I send MIDI sync to multiple midi ports?

Is there any way to route specific MIDI channels into a VST?
I'm thinking of multi-channel capable soft synths, and soft synths that REQUIRE different channels to access specific patches (i.e. Waldorf Attack).
