The soundbite micro will do what you want but it doesn't have a midi pitch slider, it analyzes what's coming out of the headphones and automatically syncs the audio in live to the tempo of say serato. It works fairly well, i've got one myself

I currently use Live 6 a bit in my DJ set as a third sound source, i.e. I have a standard Serato Scratch Live setup going, and use Live to mix in additional loops.

I control Live with a Roland MC-909, basically the combination of the pitch slider, +/- pitch nudge buttons, and transport controls let ...

i tested warped tracks, on repitch and can honestly hear no audible difference between external midi sync and abletons :D

i don't have my 307 anymore, but basically as I recall if you are sending MIDI on the right channel, and Live is receiving it properly, you set live to external sync, and it will respond to the Midi Clock the 307 is sending (which is controlled by the pitch slider, the +/- buttons, and the tap tempo ...

the best way i have found to do this involves hardware, but is OH SO like using a turntable or CD deck

if i have a loop, MIDI or audio, how do i get it to loop in the arrangement view, while another track plays through normally? I have clips where "Loop" is selected, they loop fine if i insert them as clips in clip view, but in arrangement view ...

hi- maybe i am missing something obvious, but i didn't see this in the manual anywhere- what does the "T" mean in the various options in the quantization menus? as in "1/4T"
