jesse rose and switch came up with fidget house, as in its arrangement and stuff... but they meant it as a joke. But it stuck because it kind of spawned a whole genre anyway (check out all dubsided releases)

bring the whole mix into arrangemnt view. collapse the track so it shows the waveform, find desired marker positions and apple e to split it. go thru and render each segment individually then in itunes 7 or later burn a disk with no gaps preference active.

works like a dream.

iv got a seperate account puerly for ableton, disabled widgets and basically stripped down to the essentials for audio... i find live works like a dream....

thanks guys, exactly the sort of tips i was looking for.
getting my head around building some quite tight driving jacking drums at the mo.... its an awesome thing, just never really bothered about production, but just got back from sonar and am feeling quite inspired!
