Re: Thankyou for 8.1.3
I had 2 crashes like within seconds of opening it the first time, and also then after about 10 minutes. Since then no crashes whatsoever. As always though I find the CPU usage from send FX to be over the top! Not sure what it is about ableton and sends but it happens on every computer I have used ...

My way of Backing up my Songs and Data
A solution to this I have worked out ....bear with me, its a bit painful...., is to consolidate every track so they are all the same length. Name the tracks so youll remember what they are and I personally bring everything up to 0 Db, so all my levels are preserved. Use the export all tracks option ...

Integrating External Hardware, Comps and the like
How are you guys doing it.
What i really should ask is is it possible in the mixing stage to compensate for the latency produced by the hardware, so im not hearing the insert FX delayed.
Kind Regards
EDIT...... I Figured it out, thanks anyway.

I reformat my shit at least two or three times a year, combined with the fact that I have a desktop for studio use and a laptop for on the road stuff means I'll have to unlock this crap 4-6 times every year. WTF, I'm not buying extra licenses just ...
