Now that I've got your attention I need an answer to a simple question.

I'm producing a track in Ableton Live and it's great and all..

But the time counter thing only counts in bars?

So I don't know how long the song is... it's so annoying.

the whole point of my post was. Channel 2 doesn' t work!

In fact no chanel other than channel 1 works.

I need to figure out how to be able to use the other channels.

I've looked through the manual and can't find a single thing.

Please honestly. You gotta help me.. otherwise i can't use ableton as a sequencer..

I only have Channel 1 working, that's why the sounds conflict.

I need to find out how to open all the other channels.

PLZ i'm begging you. help

It's works fine and everything it's great.

But after the bassline loops a few times i'd like to play another part.

Obviously i can't do that with overdub on.

I turn off overdub. Now I can't hear the bass i played previously. Nor can I record a new line.

There has to be some way in which I can ...

I need to know how to use multiple midi channels and have the sounds not layer on each other.

The I/O is From all channels to Master.

I have another midi channel with a synth.

I had this idea to make Live, even liver if that makes sense.

Let's say were playing a song and that "moment" passes where you think. Crap I coulda used this filter to spice it up just that much.

By the time you've had that "moment" it's gone. It just takes to long to find the plugin you were ...

I'm playing to Pendulum tunes together.

Aren't they supposed to sync up to the tempo automatically with warp markers?

I donno.

The first one seems to be alright with the metronome but slips a bit away after a while.

When I mix in the second one. It's right off not in time with the metronome at ...

I need to be able to play a bass line live on my midi keyboard once and have it automatically loop until i say so.

All right.

the reason there was a delay on my main tracks was cuz when my mic was on it picked up the music from the speakers and from the mic back to the speakers.

Thus the delay.

What can I do to get my mic so it doesn't pick up noise form the speaker
s.

There's a freaking delay on everything.

I play a track then stop it quickly and I hear a small echo delay.

ARGH. I don't even have any delay on that track.

Ok I quit live and went back to the original template.

No delay. But I still have delay on the ...
