Re: How to clean the rubbery coating on the sides of Push 2?
All these devices with that modern ruberised coating go this way (sticky and eroding) after a few years. It's not s durable coating and unfortunately there's no way to "repair" this coating. I think it's a bad choice personally but I guess it's sexy on the showroom floor. I predict in 5 years nobod...

Re: refurbished 2012 macbook pro
This is pretty much the exact same machine I have. It's rock solid and can handle heavy projects. Non-retina, 480GB main SSD and a spinny 750 HDD in the optical bay, 16GB. Drives a Thunderbolt monitor beautifully. Was looking into buying either a new 13" MBP or a new retina 15"...but, aside from som...

Clip Convert Function in Arrangement View? Why Not?
Anyone know why this is missing? There's a workaround if you load a simpler in arrangement view on a track and then drag over the sample you want to covert. When done this way, convert button lights up then and works like it usually does. Is there any practical reason why this function may be missin...

Re: Stand for push 2
I have no fewer than 8 of these Brada stands in my studio. I put them under synthesizers, my TR8 and Spark - everything. Cheap, too.
I used a chop saw to narrow mine to fit Push.

Re: Reasons Why You Can't go Back to Push 1 or Love Push 2 ?
Let me be the contrarian then! :P I went back to Push 1. Loved the 2 but I returned it after Thanksgiving. I personally cannot justify the price and I make my living making music and using a Push pretty much daily. I've probably sold a dozen Push 1's for Ableton during the past 18 months to friends ...

Re: OS X YOSEMITE compatibility with Live 9
Mac OS X (10.10) Yosemite Compatibility News Native Instruments has conducted compatibility tests with Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite which have shown current NI products to work without any specific issues under standard installations of this operating system. However, products with a hardware dependency,...

Re: How to use Push drum rack mode with Maschine vst
I've become obsessed with adding all my 3rd party Massive/FM8/Kontakt libraries to the libraries you made for the bridge. I created separate macros for the different VSTs with Keyboard Maestro - I noticed you use that as well. Were you ever able to get KM to loop and batch Massive or FM8 presets? I ...

Re: How to use Push drum rack mode with Maschine vst
OK so I bought it but am confused...it says the Maschne 2.0 expansion is free to bridge customers...it seems to imply the NI expansion packs are included with the free update. I don't have an issue paying for the upgrade but am disappointed this isn't more clear. From the website: "Now you can use M...

Re: How to use Push drum rack mode with Maschine vst
Very nice, going to pull the trigger on this today. I've had Push for about five months and a maschine for about three weeks. I like the pads better on the maschine but love Push for everything else.

I have a few of these as well. I used a chop saw to fit mine perfectly to the width of the Push. Looks like they were made for each other.I have my Arturia Spark sitting on another one. Money well spent!

VST Deletion Causing 8.4.2b2 To Crash (OSX 10.9)
Strange behavior suddenly. Bought an Arturia Spark and now - suddenly - deleting certain VST plug ins causes Ableton Live 8.4.2b2 to crash. Switching to AU plug-ins resolves the problem (so far)...but this behavior is new. Any ideas what may be causing this? Live reliably crashes deleting certain VS...

Re: Great Modern Dance Songs with Good Structure
Big fan of Calvin Harris "Sweet Nothings". Personally I think that's one of the better pop-EDM tracks out there. There's very little I don't like about it.
