Weirdest thing, it does not behave this way under Ableton 11.x.x.

Good question - didn't think about this. Yes and no. One folder with frequently used samples is on my internal SSD but I do have a second folder that IS on an external. I never use it, maybe deleting the reference would work? Nothing in the cloud.

EDIT: No, that didn't fix it.

This has been the case since the beta. Mine's stuck "analyzing" at around "42,366 left". Pausing and unpausing doesn't seem to resolve it. Anyone else run into this? All these devices with that modern ruberised coating go this way (sticky and eroding) after a few years. It's not s durable coating and unfortunately there's no way to "repair" this coating. I think it's a bad choice personally but I guess it's sexy on the showroom floor. I predict in 5 years ...

It fits in both of my laptop bags along with a 15" MacBook Pro.

I have no fewer than 8 of these Brada stands in my studio. I put them under synthesizers, my TR8 and Spark - everything. Cheap, too.
