It would be amazing to be able to fade between clips on the same track, with a controllable fade time per track.

Basically, I would love if clips could have triggered envelopes, that would behave in a way that the clip would fade up with an attack time when triggered, loop indefinitely as long as it is playing, then fade out with a release time once it is stopped.

I have one request: for a real-time crossfade option between clips in the same track.

For instance, you could set a crossfade time, and if a clip was playing on that track, then you triggered another clip in the track, it would fade between the first clip and the second over the crossfade time.

YES!!! This is one of the main reasons LIVE is more of an enhanced drum loop manipulator rather than a full composition environment for me- I hit stop on a textural, long release sound, and it waits the specified quantize amount, then stops abruptly...
