and we're back in action. I'll try the graphics trick tomorrow! Look forward to seeing what tech support say about the crash report as well. Hopefully I'll hear back soon.

@TLW Thanks for the tip. I don't have the Options.txt in the Ableton Preferences folder. I saw in another thread that you'd need to create it if you don't have it. I think before I try this to avoid fans freaking out I'd need get Live to stay open for more than 20 seconds or whatever it is before it...
