If you have your set open, you can just drag them from the folder pane on the left. You don't need to really open them in a new folder. expand the folder until you see the projects you want to drag from, and drag it right into the project. The higher the buffer is set the more heat it dissipate. The hotter it gets the more problem you get. Can you explain your thinking here?? I have it both with playing live (monitoring), and recording and playback. I'm not talking compress as with compression. I am talking space saving wise. Yes, only my interface is Mbox 2 which is USB. But the pops stop using internal audio every time. Hi, Did you make sure you are using the latest Core Audio driver for the Mbox? I can see having two seperate HD... Not everyone makes just music on there computer of choice. And not everyone has the latest in processing power or the ram to run ableton and cpu heavy plugins. So having a dedicated HD for your sample library would be a smart choice... I don't know what to recomme...
